An order confirmation does not automatically guarantee acceptance or successful processing of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in certain situations, including but not limited to:

  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to operational reasons

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be processed.

Palazoo Bazaar will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but cannot guarantee delivery on an exact date or time.

7. Return, Refund and Exchange

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with applicable tags and packaging intact.

Return Courier Fee

If the correct product has been delivered as per the customer's order, including the correct product, size, and colour, and there is no genuine issue from the seller's side, a ₹100 return/courier handling fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

If there is a genuine issue from our side, such as a wrong product, wrong size, wrong colour, damaged, or defective product, the customer will be eligible for a full refund, subject to verification.

Free Exchange

Eligible exchanges are provided free of charge, subject to product availability and the product being returned in unused and original condition.

8. Cancellation of Orders

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be eligible for cancellation and the customer may instead follow the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

Palazoo Bazaar reserves the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or other operational reasons.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information while placing an order, including:

  • Correct shipping address

  • PIN code

  • Contact number

  • Email address

Palazoo Bazaar will not be responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD availability may depend on the customer's location and order eligibility.

Customers selecting COD are requested to be available at the delivery address to receive the order.

Repeated refusal, non-acceptance, or unsuccessful delivery attempts for COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

11. Fraudulent or Misuse of Services

Customers must not use our website for fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

We reserve the right to cancel orders or restrict access to our services in cases of suspected fraud, repeated misuse of return or exchange policies, or any activity that may cause loss or harm to our business or other customers.
